Sports Conditioning
Japan Is Falling Behind in Sports Conditioning
Athletes burn energy and drive themselves to exhaustion. They continually face the danger of injury and other troubles and confront mental and physical issues. Possessing great talent doesn’t ensure that you will achieve optimal results. To reach your goals, it is crucial to practice effective conditioning for both physical and mental performance. Conditioning is therefore as essential as training for athletes.
However, the current situation of sports conditioning in Japan lags behind the rest of the world. Neither athletes themselves nor their coaches have sufficient knowledge about what conditioning is, and the concept itself is not well known to the general public. Consequently, many world-class athletes fail to perform to their full potential due to poor conditioning, which causes them to suffer injuries or be forced to retire earlier than intended.
The Effect of “Cellular Malfunctions” on Athletes’ Physical and Mental Performance
When athletes strive to be in the best condition, they must increase their bodies’ resistance to accidents such as injuries and their ability to recover quickly from accidents they experience.
Our bodies are comprised of trillions of cells. In addition to broken bones, sprains, inflammation, and pulled muscles, we may also experience fatigue, difficulty sleeping or concentrating, and lack of motivation. The external symptoms may vary, but they all share a root cause: the body’s cells are in poor shape.
Regulating the Cellular Environment for Maximum Performance
You may not usually conceptualize your body on a cellular level. For an athlete, however, the state of every single cell in the body determines how well the athlete is conditioned. Your performance is a direct result of cellular performances.
Kyorin Preventive Medicine Institute teaches the true essence of sports conditioning based on Cellular Environmental Design. Many athletes we have advised over the years have proven the effectiveness of this method.
A core focus of our method is daily diet and supplementation. Besides nutritional advice, we offer important information on various other solutions. If you have concerns with your conditioning and seek a new method to improve your performance, or if you want to support athletes, please do not hesitate to contact us.
